A published author, spoken word artist, and dynamic broadcast personality, Dr. PJ’s work bridges inspiration and implementation. Whether on stage, behind the microphone, or in sacred community spaces, she equips people with practical tools, reflective narratives, and spiritual grounding that support personal growth, leadership development, and transformation. A Philadelphia native, Dr. PJ holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, a Master of Arts in Education Policy, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and is a master of change management for teams and individuals. She is the creator of purpose-centered frameworks and workshops, including her signature North Star work, which invites individuals to align vision, values, and action.
