Patricia J. Williams, EdD—widely known as Dr. PJ Inspires—is a faith-driven visionary, transformational voice, and multi-dimensional leader committed to helping individuals and communities live joyful, purpose-driven lives. Through the power of storytelling, prayer, and strategic action, Dr. PJ creates spaces where healing, clarity, and forward movement are possible.
A published author, spoken word artist, and dynamic broadcast personality, Dr. PJ’s work bridges inspiration and implementation. Whether on stage, behind the microphone, or in sacred community spaces, she equips people with practical tools, reflective narratives, and spiritual grounding that support personal growth, leadership development, and transformation. Her voice—rooted in faith and guided by purpose—resonates across generations and sectors.
A Philadelphia native, Dr. PJ holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, a Master of Arts in Education Policy, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and is a master of change management for teams and individuals. She is the creator of purpose-centered frameworks and workshops, including her signature North Star work, which invites individuals to align vision, values, and action. At the heart of all she does is a calling to serve, uplift, and remind others that their lives—and their voices—matter.

Service & Leadership in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Dr. PJ’s commitment to faith, service, and leadership is deeply reflected in her long-standing membership and service within Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a public service organization founded on scholarship, sisterhood, and social action. Initiated through the Fairfield County Alumnae Chapter in 1997, she is currently an active member of The Federal City Alumnae Chapter in Washington, DC.
Across the national, regional, and local levels, Dr. PJ has served in numerous leadership and spiritual roles, most notably as Chapter Chaplain and Chair of the Chaplain Circle, where she provides pastoral care, prayer leadership, and sacred space for collective reflection. Her service includes work with the Eastern Region Chaplains Council, participation in ecumenical services at regional and national conferences, and ministry-centered programming that integrates faith, wellness, and abundance.
At the 57th National Convention, Dr. PJ served in multiple visible and trusted roles, including Voice of God for a public meeting, Assisting Chaplain for the Eastern Region, Co-Chair of the Greeters Subcommittee, and Featured Poet and Author. She is also recognized within her chapter as an inspirational voice—often called upon for benedictions, milestone celebrations, and legacy moments—earning her the informal distinction of chapter poet laureate for special events.
Through committees focused on education, leadership development, ritual and ceremonies, heritage and archives, finance, and community engagement, Dr. PJ exemplifies servant leadership grounded in faith, excellence, and love for her sisterhood. Her Delta service reflects a lifelong devotion to uplifting others, honoring legacy, and answering the call to lead with grace and purpose.
